Counselling

Counselling is a collaborative and relational process whereby the counselor supports the client to engage with and overcome personal life challenges. My practice is all about empowering clients to access their own innate strength and wisdom to make meaningful change. My practice includes resilience support, life adjustment and transition support, palliative care support and bereavement counseling. My approach to counselling is person-centered and based on positive psychology and mindfulness principles.
